ABOUT GRACE

Let’s Reach Your Goals Together

I work with widowed women who are ready for more than just surviving — women who want to reconnect with themselves, rediscover purpose, and create a life that feels whole again.

I know the courage it takes to begin again, to imagine a future that feels meaningful after the kind of loss that changes everything, because I’ve walked this path too.

You’ve already moved through what once felt impossible. You rebuilt your world, created stability for your family, and carried so much with strength and grace.

Now that life feels steadier, you may feel something new rising within you. A quiet pull toward growth, alignment, and a deeper sense of self.

I support widows who are stepping into this next season with intention. Many are mothers balancing career and family; others are navigating new independence. What connects them is the desire to live with clarity, purpose, and joy, not just resilience.

You might relate if:

  • You’ve spent years holding everything together and are ready to focus on yourself again.

  • You want to make decisions with confidence, not guilt or self-doubt.

  • You crave space to think, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most.

  • You sense there is more for you, and you’re ready to explore it.

This work is for you if you are ready to rediscover your voice, trust your instincts, and build a life that reflects who you are becoming.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. I’ll help you find clarity and confidence as you step into who you’re becoming, one grounded, grace-filled step at a time.

My Story

After losing my husband, I did what many widows do. I kept going. I poured my energy into my children and my career, holding everything together while quietly wondering if I would ever feel like myself again.

There was no option to stop. Everything now depended on me – the bills, the insurance, the school schedule, the appointments, the endless details of daily life. I felt the pressure to keep performing, to hold it all together, and to prove that we were going to be okay. On the outside, it looked like I was managing. But inside, I was running on empty.

For years, I measured progress by how much I could handle. But even as I accomplished more, I still felt restless and disconnected. It was not until I slowed down and gave myself permission to pause that everything began to shift.

Through reflection and faith, I learned that clarity doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from alignment by slowing down, listening, and trusting what’s true for you. My perspective is also shaped by having grown up as the daughter of a widow, which helps me understand this experience through both a mother’s and a child’s eyes. What began as my own journey toward wholeness became the foundation of The Whole Widow™, a space for reflection, clarity, and becoming.

As a senior leader in a Big Four professional services firm, I have spent years helping teams navigate change with clarity and purpose. That experience taught me how to guide transformation with both structure and empathy, a balance I now bring to my coaching practice.

Today, as an ICF-certified coach, I help widows move from simply managing life to living it with clarity, courage, and renewed joy.

"Coaching with Grace has been transformational. When I started, I was seeking clarity about my next chapter and how to move forward with purpose. Grace helped me reflect on my experiences and reconnect with what truly matters. As a result, I feel more grounded, hopeful, and intentional about the life I’m creating."

"Grace was an excellent coach. I was often surprised by the insights that surfaced and the progress we made together, especially as someone who had never worked with a coach before. Her gentle questions and thoughtful reflections helped me uncover clarity and a renewed sense of direction."

"Throughout our sessions, Grace was fantastic. She listened deeply and helped me see things from a new perspective. Grace created a safe and supportive space where I could freely share my thoughts and feelings. She guided me to take meaningful steps forward and helped me rebuild my confidence. I’m genuinely grateful for her compassion and encouragement."

A Few Things I Believe

Wholeness isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about becoming something beautiful through it.

Sometimes slowing down is the only way to move forward.

Lasting joy is quiet and starts from within.

A Few Things I Love

My morning matcha (and the five quiet minutes before the day really starts).

Deep, heart-centered conversations. The kind that stay with you.

Watching my twin daughters grow into kind, curious young women.

My Superpower

Seeing possibility in the middle of pain, and helping others do the same.
